Q: What’s a difference between you and other similar software programs available on the market?

A: While some other programs focus primarily on design, we are focused on functionality, customization to fit everyone’s individual needs, powerful set of modules and features, persistence,  integrations with some of the leaders in different sectors of the health industry, and of course design.

Q: My staff doesn’t seem that excited about changing our current software. What can I do? 

A: We train your staff and provide them with full support during the learning process and afterward. Our software design and all the tools are meant to increase the efficiency and free your staff time at least by 30-40%, so they can focus more on patient retention instead of tedious day-to-day routine tasks.

Q: How do you determine the price?

A: We take into the count all the products you will be using as well as the number of practitioners who work at your clinic. Important note, if some of them work only part-time hours we don’t count them as one practitioner.

Q: Do we need to sign a contract with you?

A: We have many clients who have been with us since the very beginning in 2001, but we have never locked any of our clients in. All our clients are on a month-to-month basis and although we would be sad to see you go, we will provide you with patient files in an easily accessible format if you decide to leave.

Q: How can I import my current records into the MRX platform?

A: We’ll import it for you, free of charge. Provide us with all your data and we’ll import your existing patient profiles and information into our software, so your clinic can be set up with MRX Solutions right away.

Q: How long does your demo last? 

A: Our demo is from 30 to 45 minutes long, depending on the questions and requests you might have for us.
