Patient Management

With this powerful tool, Office Assistant can manage the full range of patient information such as contact information, prepayment account details and account activity report. Moreover, you will be able to access visit history with simple billing statistics and treatment notes right at your fingertips

Office Management

This particular tool consists of three major components:

  • Office Time Management - this function helps manage the essentials for proficient appointment scheduling:
    •   Physician Time-off
    •   Office hours
    •   Statuary Holidays

  • Account Management - helps you create and manage user accounts, define user rights and auditing polices.

  • Backup Management - helps you create a copy of the data from your computer. In the event that the original data on your hard disk is accidentally erased or overwritten, or becomes inaccessible because of a hard disk malfunction, you can use the copy to restore your lost or damaged data.

    • Remote Backup - in addition to local backup, MRX offers remote backup capabilities included in your monthly fee.


Appointment Scheduler

This 'easy-to-use' tool is designed in such a way that the Office Assistant can quickly spot the chiropractor's daily and weekly workload in a single screen. With patient information readily available (i.e. Medicare card number, Date of Birth, and phone number), Office Assistant can book the appointments instantly. Some of its characteristics are:

  • Display schedules for one or more Chiropractors simultaneously, so Office Assistant can quickly view appointment availability
  • Provide various ways to display scheduling information such as daily, weekly, and by Exam Room Utilization.
  • Track the CMRS (Cancel, Missed and Reschedule) status of each visit and generate reports in a specific timeframe.
  • Show number of visits, future appointments and missed visits during the appointment booking time.
  • Support multiple booking options.
  • Send E-mail reminders to entire scheduler collectively or individual patients
Thanks to this enhanced features, Office Assistants can save time, reduce workload and redundant paperwork.


Billing Management

Billing is the key component of MRX OfficeMaster. It provides the business information about the clinic operation such office cash flow report, outstanding balances and various types of statistics reports.

  • The unique PreProcess feature that is designed to eliminates 95% of possible patient and visit information errors such as missing PHN number, ICD9/MSP fee codes, date of birth, patient name, address, and WCB/ICBC claim number.

With the effectiveness of the Billing Management component, the clinics can maximize the cash-flow for MSP, ICBC and WCB with minimal effort.

Task Management
