Holiday News

This was an exciting year for our clients as we introduced many new features.

Everyone loved the introduction of the MRX Pay service that saves a lot of time for the front desk staff. There is no need for patients to wait because the method of payment is already entered thus enabling reception to bill clients with a single click.

We’ve been integrated with Telus eClaims for over a year now and from what we’ve heard you love how quick and easy it is to make a Telus submission.
The New Year is a perfect time to set goals for your clinic. Having said this, I would like to remind you that MRX is more like a business tool and if setup and run as intended, you can easily double your revenue.
The MRX design and all the tools within are meant to increase the efficiency, freeing up staff time by 30-40%. When that happens, they can focus more on patient retention instead of tedious day-to-day, routine tasks.
Together let’s make 2019 the best year so far!

Tips and tricks for the holiday season

It’s easy to wish your patients all the best with MRX.
You can easily add a footer to your e-reminders with a holiday message. Additionally, you can send out a holiday message to all your patients using the Patient List integration into marketing platforms like MailChimp or Constant Contact.
We would also like to remind you that it’s time to set your Office Calendar for the next year, putting in all the statutory holidays.

End of the year doesn’t have to be stressful for your clinic

For your last day of the year make sure you print out the following reports all of which are found in Billing Management:
– Credit Report
– Year End Report
– Accounts Receivable
Our Year End Report shows you all the information you need to have in order to close this year and to set your goals for the next year.
There are some abbreviations and we would like to make sure you understand what they mean.
CMRS stands for Cancelled, Missed, Rescheduled, PVA is Patient Visit Average and PCA Patient Charge Average.
We wish you Happy Holidays and all the best in the New Year!
